Preparing for you Cleaner's Arrival
- Utilities: Ensure running water, electricity, heating, and air conditioning are functioning in your home.
- Walkways: Clear walkways and driveways of snow and salt them if necessary.
- Pets: Secure all pets, as not all pets are comfortable with strangers.
- Declutter: Remove all clutter, such as infant structures, toys, dishes, laundry, and excess trash from the home.
- Damages: Inform your cleaner of any broken or damaged items before they start.
- Tour: Allow your cleaner to tour the home and assess its condition upon arrival.
- Preparation: Note that areas not prepared for cleaning may not be fully cleaned and could incur additional hourly fees.
- Heavy Objects: Move any heavy objects or furniture you want cleaned around or under.
- Specialty Products: Leave out any labeled specialty products for specific surfaces like granite, shower glass, or floors.
- Arrival Window: Allow up to one hour for your cleaner to arrive.
- Cancellation Policy: Be aware of a $75 fee for cancellations or lock-out situations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, payable directly to your cleaner.
